Hello, Germany - Hello, Berlin!

We have been asked many times, but now the time has come: Since April 2023, we have a presence in Germany with solique Deutschland GmbH. With the company's establishment, we want to ensure closer customer support and more intensive market development on-site. Our contribution to an inclusive society

Instead of customer gifts this Christmas, solique supports PluSport, the national competence center for sport, disability, and inclusion. As an umbrella organization, PluSport works together with other sports organizations in the "Sport & Handicap" community of interest to promote equality for people with disabilities in sports. New support ticketing system

Anyone who has ever needed online support from a larger company is undoubtedly familiar with them: We're talking about ticketing systems. They help record support requests via e-mail, manage them, and answer them promptly. The tracking numbers (tickets) automatically generated for each support case are a hallmark and a name giver. Since August 2022, a professional ticketing system has supported the project management team at solique – and from mid-August, the customer support.

The organization provides sports and exercise opportunities for children, young people, and adults with intellectual disabilities. The vision of Special Olympics is an inclusive world, driven by the power of sport, in which people with impairments can lead active, healthy, and fulfilling lives.

New project management organization

To optimally manage a large number of customer projects and the parallel operation of our multiposting application from the support side, we have expanded our project management organization in terms of personnel and optimized the internal processes. solique acquires intellectual property rights of unio ag

solique ag received the intellectual property rights of unio ag in the bidding process. With the official certification on October 23, 2013, solique ag is definitively taking ownership of all intellectual property rights (software, databases and customer data) as well as the movable assets of unio ag. The former employees of unio ag were offered employment contracts, which were accepted without exception.
