Stricter job registration requirements

Since 1 July 2018, it has been mandatory to register specific jobs and occupations with at least 8 percent unemployment throughout Switzerland when posting vacancies. From 1 January 2020, this threshold will be lowered to 5 percent. With solique recruiter, a large part of the administrative work can be handled automatically within the insertion workflow.
