Digitization processes are associated with many uncertainties. Which tools improve HR handling, which employee retention programs have a lasting effect, which continuing education programs provide the necessary qualifications, and how can the future skilled workers be found?

At the two-day congress "StrategyDays Human RESOURCES 2021" from November 24 to 25, 2021, in Bergisch Gladbach (Cologne), practice-oriented presentations on the above topics will guide participants through the mornings. In the afternoons, discussion rounds, interactive masterclasses, and lounge talks in a small circle will create the conditions for a focused exchange of views with professional colleagues on the challenges of everyday HR life.
