Because of the prevailing shortage of skilled workers in many sectors and occupations, new approaches to recruiting qualified employees are in demand. Active sourcing is an effective way of identifying and targeting potential candidates, even if they are not actively looking for a job. This recruitment principle has always been an exclusive feature of specialist personnel service providers when it comes to filling management positions.

In the digital age, the identification and direct approach of urgently needed specialists can be greatly simplified and massively scaled. To this end, we at solique have invested a lot of know-how, time and effort in the development of a new active sourcing module. With the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the module can match the requirements of open positions with the CVs and profiles of currently several million members of social networks and submit concrete proposals for the direct approach of potential candidates.

How the results of such a talent analysis and talent matching function noticeably simplify the recruitment process and how identified candidate profiles can be compared and addressed individually, was presented live to interested parties in mid-August 2019.
